Delete your Parakh account

You can permanently delete your Parakh account and its data at any time. Deletion is self-service, immediate and irreversible. You do not need to email us or wait for approval.
How to delete your account
Use whichever is easier — both do exactly the same thing:
- Go to parakh.magensec.app/account (or open Parakh → menu → Your account in the app).
- Sign in with the same account (Google) you use in Parakh.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are erased right away and you are signed out.
Can’t sign in (lost access to your Google account)? Email support@magensec.app from any address with your request and the email you used, and we will verify and delete it for you, usually within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, from our systems:
- Your identity — name, email address and profile photo from sign-in.
- Your devices — every device linked to your account and its protection settings.
- Your Circles — Family/Office Circles you own (members are released; their own devices keep working), and your membership in any Circle.
- Your licences & credits — entitlement grants, referral codes and bonus credits.
- Your sign-in session — you are signed out on the web immediately; the app signs out on its next check.
What is kept, and for how long

On-device protection data (your browsing, link checks) never leaves your phone, so there is nothing to delete on our side — uninstalling the app removes it.
